It features a heavy cast iron construction for better heat radiation, allowing the unit to produce up to 80,000 BTUs/ hour, and heat up to 2,200 square feet. This fireplace insert is constructed with a spacious firebox that accommodates logs up to 20" in length and is easily loaded from the front through a cast iron door with an adjustable handle. A superior air wash system keeps the glass clean to enjoy flame presentation along with comfortable heat.

The Stratford is EPA certified for environmentally friendly results, so you can enjoy all of the benefits of heating with a wood. This unit includes a 176 CFM blower with variable speed control.
