The Heritage Custom Masonry door is a 1/4" welded steel plate enclosure with either a 1 3/4" or a 2 1/2" wide frame. This enclosure (shown left in Natural Iron) is available as an overlap fit or an inside fit. The Maximum overlap for 1 3/4" frames is 3/4" on the top and sides with or without mesh. The Maximum overlap for 2 1/2" frames is 1 1/2" on the top and sides with or without mesh. The inner return of the frame will extend 2 1/2" into the opening. The Heritage is beautifully designed and constructed of high quality materials to your specifications.

The Heritage enclosure is a custom door for a masonry fireplace
(not a prefabricated factory built fireplace)
and is designed for an overlap fit or inside fit.

Heritage enclosures include an option to choose Glass Channel/Handle Finishes. Glass Channel/Handle Finishes are Stainless, Antique, Chrome, and Pewter.

Product Note: This fireplace door should remain open during burning, and it is recommended the fire does not exceed 400 degrees.

  Anyone can install the Heritage fireplace enclosure with just simple hand tools in a few minutes.  Simply set in place, tighten the supplied anchors tight against the fireplace firebrick, snap in the glass doors. 
• Custom Thermo-Rite Enclosures take about 4 to 6 weeks to receive.

This door is custom made to your specifications, non-returnable, and unable to be canceled once in production. Custom Doors can take anywhere from 6 - 12 Weeks for production prior to shipment. Some delays may be expected due to material shortages.
