The Cameo Custom Masonry door is an anodized aluminum enclosure with 7/8" mitered frame and a 3/8" mitered inner frame for a total frame width of 1 1/4". This enclosure (shown left in Polished Brass) is available as an overlap fit or an inside fit. The Maximum overlap is 1 1/2" on each side and 1 3/4" on the top (1" with mesh). The Cameo is beautifully designed and constructed of high quality materials to your specifications.

(not a prefabricated factory built fireplace)

Cameo enclosures include an option to choose Glass Channel/Handle Finishes. Glass Channel/Handle Finishes are Stainless, Antique, Chrome, and Pewter.

Product Note: This fireplace door should remain open during burning, and it is recommended the fire does not exceed 400 degrees.

  Anyone can install the Cameo enclosure with just simple hand tools in a few minutes.  Simply set in place, drill and anchor the supplied masonry anchors into the fireplace firebrick, snap in the glass doors. Simpson DirectVent GS to DirectVent Pro Conversion Chart.

  If you choose to burn your wood fire with the Thermo-Rite fireplace doors closed you can more than triple the net heat realized in your home from burning your fireplace.  (Doors should be open when burning gas logs or with a large fire.)
• Custom Thermo-Rite Enclosures take about 4 to 6 weeks to receive.

This door is custom made to your specifications, non-returnable, and unable to be canceled once in production. Custom Doors can take anywhere from 6 - 12 Weeks for production prior to shipment. Some delays may be expected due to material shortages.
