7" SuperPro Attic Insulation Shield - JSC7AIS

The Attic Insulation Shield must be installed where the chimney enters the attic space in any installation. It is designed to keep insulation away from the chimney, and to maintain the mandatory 2" clearance to combustible materials.

The Attic Insulation Shield must be used when installing through a second floor. When fully extended, Attic Insulation Shield provides joist shielding. It is durably constructed of stainless steel and measures 7" Diameter.

Selkirk SuperPro offers the latest technology in factory-built chimney. It is designed to accompany today's appliances which are engineered to produce low emissions and high heat. SuperPro is manufactured with a 1" solid pack mineral wool fibre insulation to operate with superior performance, durability and safety. SuperPro is constructed of premium grade stainless steel to produce an extremely corrosion resistant outer shell.

Embossed couplers allow SuperPro to block moisture from penetrating the chimneys outer wall. Selkirk SuperPro is fabricated with twist lock connections and brass trim to embellish the chimney support components that may be installed inside of the home. SuperPro carries a manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty that applies to all chimney components and is certified to UL 103 for all fuel use.
