Lifetime Chimney Liners are intended for use as a masonry chimney liner only. The Lifetime Chimney Lining System has been tested and approved to UL 1777 zero-clearance standards for masonry chimneys serving gas, oil or wood burning appliances. The DIY Liner System will secure your chimney with a thick layer of 316L grade stainless steel. The stainless steel is specifically formulated to withstand the severe conditions present within your chimney.

The Lifetime Chimney Lining System is intended for use with heating appliances vented through a masonry chimney that burn home heating oil, LP or natural gas and solid fuels including wood, coal and pellets. The Lifetime Lining System is also intended for use with an unlined chimney with at least 4" of masonry all around it, a properly built masonry with cracked clay tile liners or to provide a properly sized flue for a heating appliance installed in a masonry chimney that otherwise meets existing codes.
